Creed Insurance Group, LLC is an independent insurance agency headquartered in Merrillville, Indiana. We are licensed to transact insurance in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Missouri, Mississippi, and Nevada (Agency NPN 22219668). We act as an agent or broker for the insurance companies we represent; we are not an insurance company and do not underwrite or issue policies ourselves.

Products and services described on this Site are offered only in states where we are properly licensed. Not all products, carriers, or coverages are available in every state.
